Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (US)

Once your order ships, it should arrive within 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. With priority shipping, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days. With expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days. 

Once your order is placed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days.  

Although we use the most reliable carriers and strive to get your order to you with urgency, shipping can sometimes be prolonged by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to unexpected carrier delays.  If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, you may check for updates using the tracking tool in the chat window, or by following the instructions in the shipping confirmation email.  If this does not resolve your concern, you may contact us at info@naturallyflax.com.
