We understand not everyone will love our products as much as we do.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, reach out to us at info@naturallyflax.com within 30 days and we will do our best to find a soap, scent, or product you will love.

Please note that we do not currently accept returns.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with your order number immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We do not currently accept returns / exchanges due to the personal care nature of our products.
